Based on an online survey and structured in-depth interviews, the corporate culture and its specific value characteristics can be measured easily then compared with the defined "target" and then achieved through specific interventions.

The method is based on the Graves Value System, a psychologically sound system for analyzing personal and organizational value systems. The model describes how people and organizations think and explains why systems or people behave the way they do.
