Allfoye wins Best of Consulting Award 2023

Two of the coveted Best of Consulting Awards from WirtschaftsWoche go to Allfoye Management Consulting this year: In the category "Midsize Business Organization" Allfoye takes the first place with the theme "Purpose-driven Organization" for Soennecken eG and in the special category "Digital Transformation" it secures the second place with a system-supported, agile transformation for Baader Bank AG.

Fischer after the ceremonial award ceremony at the Düsseldorf event location KÖ 59.

The winning case in the "Midsize Business Organization" category was submitted by Allfoye Management Consulting in collaboration with the retail cooperation Soennecken eG from Overath. With the purpose "We make work worthwhile" as the goal for the entire organization, a fundamental change was initiated, restructuring the business units, and introducing agile working methods and tools. This transformation not only strengthened the sense of unity and increased the teams' performance but also had an immediately and sustainably positive impact on the company's financial performance.

In the special category "Digital Transformation" Allfoye Management Consulting achieved the second place with a transformation project for Baader Bank AG based in Unterschleißheim. As part of a comprehensive agile transformation, a modern system landscape was introduced and married with the new agile working methods and approaches. The focus was on enabling fast development cycles and the ability to quickly respond to market demands. This requirement was demonstrated with a business-relevant flagship project – the automated account and depot opening. In an interconnected program, Allfoye shaped the change process in the areas of leadership and culture, organization and processes, technology, and infrastructure. As a result, agility, accountability, and transparency ensure a new quality of collaboration.
